Girl at the return counter was very nice, but wouldn’t allow me to exchange an item for the correct item, which is significantly higher priced. I told her i would pay the difference, but they will not do any exchanges without the receipt. The service was fine, but that policy should allow exchanges, esp when the new item is $100 more.

Avoid the kitchen/countertop department, the older man with greying hair and the old woman that sits next to him are rude. Both of them seem to hate their jobs and lack customer service. The lady helped after someone asked her to, but even then she wasn’t knowledgeable in marble and wasn’t friendly. Not to mention their options were limited, ugly, and looked cheap. The place was also dirty, wood flooring had no samples and all the boxes were tore open and trash was laying around. Gross. Ended up going to Lowe’s, luckily they have better marble selections and the customer service was great. Home Depot employees should take notes from them.

This place lacks customer service. I went in to grab paint. I couldn't find anyone in the paint aisle. Once someone came to help me. He seemed like he didn't like his job. Then management interrupted us while I was getting help. He chewed out the employee who was helping me for another unrelated reason right in front of a customer. So unprofessional. The paint department was busy, and only one employee was trying to manage it. All while management stood across in the customer service area looking dumb, watching the line grow 🙄 and not having the slightest clue to maybe help out. Now i understand why the employee didn't seem to like his job. Date n time 09/26/023 around 5:45pm.

Like always, I go to find an extension cord & have to pass by the nursery there. To find out that they have a varierty of indoor & outdoor plants, they all look well taken care of. They were slow in business not alot of customers but alot of employees working. Like I've been to another Home Depot but they didn't have indoor plants! So excited I came across this one. 😳😍👍

Very poor and unprofessional behavior from a manager Amber in that location. I recently called to complain about her attitude she was giving a customer representative who was helping us out and she came out of nowhere and interrupted the customer representative in front of my husband and I. I spoke to a guy named Kirt who then went on to tell me an inside story as to why this happened and who was swearing at whom. This is beyond unacceptable and unprofessional!!! I didn’t need to hear their inside story on top of everything else I witnessed. Amber and Kirt shouldn’t be in a professional environment at all. In addition, our friends told us that the same Amber manager/employee had interrupted a cash register representative while trying to pay their bill. Unbelievable! Management is below average and should be seriously considered and replaced. Not to mention I am a Director at a big firm and to see something like that is quite disappointing . Consider your decision making process and the reviews here when hiring/ letting go of current staff as I noticed someone else left the same review about management unprofessionally interrupting customer representatives while helping customers. Kirt, next time someone complain about your friend Amber , don’t provide inside stories and why things happen the way they do. Just do your job, apologize to the person complaining and provide Amber with constructive feedback (if you know what that is) at least .
